We are educators first about the home buying process and when we tour a home. If we did otherwise we wouldn't be able to find the home that best matches your needs. Our seller's love the attention they receive in selling their home including frequent open houses if they want them. Our Open House Process is phenomenal— we put feature cards in the home, promote your open house on listing book and much more. We feature your home on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and many other sites. We promote our open houses and listings in Social Media including YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. We always use a professional photographer. Buyers won't come for a look if they can't see what the rooms look like.

We have been a team way before real estate. Leaving corporate environments and entering real estate as full-time agents in 2006, we put our team theories into action. Recognizing the value of other team members, we know that no real estate transaction can take place without a strong team— whether they are the closer at the title company, the loan officer, administration assistant, or other various vendors we use for repairs to get a home sold. Bringing that team together to help you buy or sell your home is our specialty. MIKE SIMMS

Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Mike services a wide area including all of the Greater Saint Louis area, which includes St. Louis, St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, Jefferson and Franklin Counties. He has helped clients buy homes even as far as Farmington, Missouri. Mike has achieved several designations to best serve his clients:

  • New Construction certified
  • Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
  • Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) 
  • Graduate Real Estate Institute certificate (GRI)  

Community is very important to Mike. The Festival of The Little Hills is his current project along with other church activities.

MICHAEL QUIGLEY

Mike is also a very strong teacher.  He recently retired from teaching and is putting his skills to use educating First Time Home Buyers on the process of finding and purchasing their first home.  Mike's skills in home construction and repair are outstanding and works well with reviewing homes with buyers. 

In his off-time he holds Cycling classes and loves to run.  Mike is currently training for a Triatholon with the Swim, Bike Run club.   Mike is a very happy guy and will keep you laughing while working with the serious side of realestate transactions.
